Maternity Nurse / Nanny ~ Providing support to your new family.

Your skilled professional supports and cares for you, whilst teaching you how to care for your newborn baby.

  • Maternity Nursing: Medical advice and support from a Midwife.

  • Newborn Care: Feeding, bathing, changing, settling, supporting breastfeeding, etc. 

  • Routine Establishment: Develop and implement feeding and sleep schedules. 

  • Parental Education: Advice and support on newborn care and development. 

  • Nursery Duties: Sterilising bottles, doing laundry, and keeping the nursery tidy. 

  • Maternal Support: Helping mum with recovery and wellbeing.

Breastfeeding Doula ~ Helping you to navigate the challenges and joys of breastfeeding.

Your expert, trained to provide support, education, and provide encouragement to you when breastfeeding.

  • Education & Information: Providing evidence-based information about breastfeeding. 

  • Emotional Support: Encouragement and reassurance, helping you build confidence. 

  • Practical Support: Positioning, latch, feeding routine, expressing / storing milk. 

  • Troubleshooting: Common breastfeeding issues ~ sore nipples, low milk supply, etc. 

  • Referral: Connecting you with other healthcare professionals, where necessary. 

  • Postpartum Support: Adjust to life with a newborn and integrate breastfeeding into your routine.

£75/hr.

Pregnancy Reflexology ~ A safe and effective way to manage some of the common discomforts of pregnancy.

Taking a whole-person approach, focusing on your physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being during pregnancy.

  • Stress and Anxiety Reduction: Calm the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety.

  • Pain Management: Help reduce pain during labor and potentially shorten labour.

  • Improved Sleep: Improve sleep quality ~ particularly beneficial when sleep disturbances are common.

  • Relief from Common Pregnancy Symptoms: Address various pregnancy-related discomforts, such as nausea, backache, swelling, and digestive issues.

  • Emotional Well-being: Supports emotional well-being during pregnancy, helping to manage mood swings and promote a positive outlook.
