Maternity Nursing: Medical advice and support from a Midwife.
Newborn Care: Feeding, bathing, changing, settling, supporting breastfeeding, etc.
Routine Establishment: Develop and implement feeding and sleep schedules.
Parental Education: Advice and support on newborn care and development.
Nursery Duties: Sterilising bottles, doing laundry, and keeping the nursery tidy.
Maternal Support: Helping mum with recovery and wellbeing.

Breastfeeding Doula ~ Helping you to navigate the challenges and joys of breastfeeding.
Your expert, trained to provide support, education, and provide encouragement to you when breastfeeding.
Education & Information: Providing evidence-based information about breastfeeding.
Emotional Support: Encouragement and reassurance, helping you build confidence.
Practical Support: Positioning, latch, feeding routine, expressing / storing milk.
Troubleshooting: Common breastfeeding issues ~ sore nipples, low milk supply, etc.
Referral: Connecting you with other healthcare professionals, where necessary.
Postpartum Support: Adjust to life with a newborn and integrate breastfeeding into your routine.
